Shipping
Many of our products are custom-made overseas, primarily in China, and require both production time and shipping time before they arrive.
Planning ahead is key! Before placing your order, please let us know the date you need your items in hand. We'll work with you to determine the best production and shipping options to meet your deadline.
If your timeline allows for ocean freight (sea shipping), you can often save significantly on shipping costs compared to air freight.
The earlier you place your order, the more options we'll have to work with — and the better chance of getting your custom items delivered on time!
Have a deadline in mind? Let's plan ahead and make it happen!
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in delivering quality products. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're always happy to help!
